It is important that all our Ruddy Wild international orders are delivered quickly and safely which is why we are negotiating with different carriers to provide the best service to our customers. Due to the rules and regulations on parcel entry into certain countries, customs and airport taxes may be added to your order upon delivery. This is out of our control as parcels are randomly selected whilst undergoing customs inspections. Returns and Exchange Info
We understand sizing can be tricky with small children. If you find you have ordered the wrong size, we are more than happy to exchange for the correct size with the return of the item/s at your expense. Equally, we are happy to accept an exchange or offer a credit note for any full-price returns. All items returned must not have been worn, damaged or washed and must include original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these requirements. Once your return order has been received, a store credit, exchange or refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
